Building Use:

Trinity Church’s building was designed to be a “Community Cathedral” where everyone in our neighborhood could come to learn, grow, be enriched, and draw closer to God. We are dedicated to that vision and continue to open our doors to a wide variety of neighborhood groups.

NOTE: Sometimes church family or community events (especially funerals or memorial services) occur without notice. If we can, we will accommodate what has already been scheduled. If there is an emergency, there is a very small chance that assigned/requested rooms may be changed. We will contact your representative should that be necessary.

Group Use:

Requirements:

  • The group must be not-for-profit.
  • Must be vetted by Church Administrator and/or staff to ensure the group’s activities meet with Trinity’s mission.
  • Submit requests no less than 4 weeks in advance; usually a few months in advance is best.
  • Check our calendar here before contacting the church to see if your date is available
  • Complete the Building Use Request Form

Fees:

  • Clearly outlined in Request Form (above)
  • 20% discount on room rates for not-for-profit groups (have to be a 501c3 entity)
  • $100 security deposit + 25% of the total fee is dues upon booking
    • This can be refunded at the end of the contract with Trinity provided the facilities are left clean and neat and no negative situations arise during the event.
    • NOTE: Pay for additional hours for personnel will be subtracted from the security deposit if necessary.

We often host wedding receptions, quinceañeras, small weddings, birthday and anniversary parties, etc. for members of our community.

  • Complete the Building Use Request Form

  • $100 security deposit +25% of the total fee is due upon booking.
