Pastor Erin's letter to the Youth of Trinity:
Dear Trinity youth,
I miss you so much! I miss eating breakfast with you in church school on Sunday mornings. I miss eating dinner with you at youth group on Sunday nights. I miss the improv games we played. I miss hearing the Chamberettes sing in worship. I miss watching the dance movement choir bring light, shadow, and prayerful movement to the service. I miss laughing with you and just hanging out when we were inevitably at church for most of the day.
I miss you. I miss the ways we were free to interact before COVID-19. This time of social distancing or staying at home has been tough, but I’m grateful for the memories of our time spent together; and, I trust that we will be able to gather again in the future when the threat of COVID has faded away.
Though we cannot be together in the way that we once were, we at Trinity are committed to finding other ways to make new memories, learn and grow in God’s love, and stay connected in a safe way. We have plans to resume Zoom youth group and even try a Zoom talent night. And, that’s not all. We’ll share more information about other programs here in mid-September.
Until then, be well, stay safe, and know that I’m thinking of you J
I’ll post information about new programs and ministry opportunities here by mid-September. And, here’s some more information about Zoom youth group.
Zoom Youth Fellowship Kickoff
Sunday, September 13th

All Trinity youth grades 6-12 are welcome.
During the Zoom sessions, we check in with one another, play games, establish traditions and inside jokes, laugh, and just hang out. We’re also planning a Zoom talent night for later this fall.
Email Pastor Erin if you’d like to be added to the Zoom YF email list, even if you cannot make the first session.
