Boar’s Head Festival Experience
We have discovered several things that would enable all of us to appreciate more fully the joy and meaning of the Boar’s Head experience.
Before the Festival
Preparation Festivities in the Sanctuary begin 45 minutes prior to the scheduled performance time listed on tickets. It is recommended that you arrive early.
After the Festival
Following each performance, you are invited to join us in Asbury Hall for a reception of cookies and wassail. You may also want to visit some of the smaller animals “grazing” in Grace Chapel. Both Asbury Hall and Grace Chapel are located to the right of the Sanctuary.
Children, Ages 5 and Under
We have found that children under 5 years old are usually too young for the Boar’s Head Festival. During the Festival, there are many quiet and reverent moments. Children who are too young can become disruptive and rob you and others of the spirituality of the Festival.
No Aisle Seats for Children
Children are not issued tickets on the aisle or in the front pew and we request that they not be seated there. For your safety and the safety of others, we ask that no one attempt to touch or pet the animals that are part of the procession.
Cell Phones and Other Electronic Devices
Please silent your cell phone before attending the Festival. No other lighted electronic devices are permitted.
No Cameras or Recording Equipment
Cameras and Recording Equipment are not permitted during the performance. Camcorders, flash cameras, regular cameras, tape recorders, etc. disrupt this Epiphany season presentation and violate copyright laws. We ask that you respect and honor this request.
No Refunds or Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. However, if you would like to return your ticket for possible resale and as a contribution to the church, we welcome you to do so by bringing it to the Festival Office at the church or calling the above number.
Snow Date Information
In the unfortunate event that a performance must be canceled due to inclement weather, we have established snow dates.
The Festival will be canceled ONLY if government agencies close major highways.
Your ticket will be valid ONLY for the corresponding snow date. Please listen to area radio stations for cancellation notices.

Trinity’s Sanctuary is handicapped accessible. Limited seating is available for wheelchairs and motorized chairs.
Any special needs must be indicated on the ticket form.
We have one final request. Some folks are arriving too early. We must prepare the Sanctuary and clean up after the animals have “visited.” Therefore, the doors will not be opened until one hour before the time stated on your ticket.
