Agreement and Application for Pumpkin Patch Festival 2025 Vendors

Trinity is currently seeking local crafters and food trucks for our 3rd annual Pumpkin Patch Festival being held on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Where:  Trinity Church, 361 Sumner Ave., Springfield, MA from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Event will be held rain or shine.

If interested, please check the Vendor Agreement below and print off and mail in the Vendor application which is a part of the vendor application.
