Call to Worship & Prayer Jacob Bakowski
L: From all our life’s pathways, God has called us to this holy place. As Moses received God’s call and yet experienced doubts; God is calling us today to be a part of the healing ministry for this world, even when we aren’t sure we are the ones for this job. The journey may be daunting, but we will place our trust in God’s guidance and love. The Great “I AM” pivots with us, as we encounter challenges and opportunities. In our struggle, the Holy Spirit will guide us, opening our hearts to hear of God’s hope and love for a new day.
Opening Prayer by James H. Hill (adapted): Pastor Erin
You have broken into our lives, O God, creating the world anew today. You have breathed new life into our sleeping souls and have put a song in our hearts. So we come today to offer you our thanks and praise. Pour down the blessings of your Spirit upon each of us this morning, that we may perceive your nearness once more. This we pray in the name of Jesus the Christ. Amen.
